1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order, provided they meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Item labels, tags, and any attached accessories or manuals must be included.
- Custom or modified parts are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Return Authorization: Your request will be reviewed, and if approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number along with instructions on how to return the item.

Packaging: Carefully package the item to ensure it is protected during shipping. Include the RA number on the package.

Shipping: Return the item to the address provided in the return instructions. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
3. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
4. Partial Refunds
In certain situations, we may issue partial refunds, including (but not limited to):
- Items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
