1. Free Shipping We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders delivered within the United Kingdom and the European Union (EU). There are no minimum order values or hidden fees – shipping is always on us.

2. Order Processing Time (Handling Time) All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has officially shipped.

3. Estimated Delivery Time (Transit Time) 

Once your order has been processed and handed over to the courier, the estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United Kingdom: 2 to 4 business days.

  • European Union: 2 to 11 business days. (Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be subject to minor delays caused by the courier, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances).

4. Order Tracking When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us containing a tracking number. You can use this number to check the status of your delivery. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the courier's system.

5. Shipping Destinations Currently, we ship exclusively to addresses within the United Kingdom and all countries within the European Union.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages We take great care in packaging your items. However, if your order arrives damaged, or if you suspect your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work directly with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
